Drivers on Quadra Island will need to adjust their routes for a while if they use Weway Road.
Mainroad contracting says realignment work on the road will begin on July 27 and take until Sept. 15.
The road will be closed entirely to vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians for the duration of the project from 7 a.m-5p.m
The contractor asks drivers to respect traffic control personnel and watch for roadside workers in the area.
